Refund policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase is permitted. After  24 hours all sales are final. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or make exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged condition) if so, you can always contact us  at creativenessworks@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly. We are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. 

Be sure to double check shipping information before checking out. Include unit or apartment numbers to avoid 'Return to Sender' issues.
